Leadership Mindset and Workplace Culture
What is the role of culture in creating conditions where teams and organisations are most likely to thrive?
How do you mentor and support others to develop the skills and mindsets for leading colleagues?
What role can culture play in heading off issues before they develop?

Our workshop with Paul Mayer will focus on the gear change from technical expert to adaptive leader and the importance of the evolved leadership mindset necessary for growing workplace culture. In the interactive session you will discuss the skills and mindsets that are useful for teachers, but less useful for school leadership, and how to be clear in that transition for yourselves and for the leadership of your teams in school.

As a consultant and facilitator, he specialises in making complex ideas clear and useful. As a coach, he works one-to-one with leaders from varied backgrounds, helping them sharpen their thinking, build self-awareness, and find practical next steps.

The event registration will close on Monday 20th July at 4.00pm. Please note this is due to providing time to prepare catering.
