Welcome Invitation

AHISA warmly invites you to join colleagues from across Australia in Perth for the 2026 Leading, Learning and Caring Conference. Guided by the AHISA’s mission of collegiality and support, leadership impact and growth, and educational influence, the conference offers an engaging program of professional learning, discussion and connection for leaders in independent schools.

Over three days, delegates will explore new ideas, share experiences and strengthen professional networks — returning to their schools with fresh perspectives and renewed energy for the work of leading, learning and caring.

There has never been a more important time to lead, learn and care in our schools. Our keynote speakers and workshop presenters have been carefully selected to offer insights and practical ideas that will support participants in navigating the opportunities and challenges facing independent schools today. We encourage delegates to engage fully in the program — sharing perspectives, asking questions and learning from one another.

The true value of a conference such as this also lies in the opportunity to connect with colleagues. We hope you will enjoy the hospitality of the venues we have chosen and take time to experience the vibrant surroundings of Perth while building new professional connections.

We look forward to welcoming you to Perth in October 2026.
